Thomas Jennings

Lighting Designer - Sojourn
Thomas received his BFA in Theatre - cting and MFA in Theatre Design - Scenic and Lighting from Utah State University. He has worked most of his career in theaters in Utah and Colorado, designing for several companies locally, including Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre, Cache Theatre Company, Music Theatre West, and Salt Lake Acting Company. This is his fourth year working with Valley Dance Ensemble.
Kyle Sunderland
Lighting Designer - Bloom
Kyle is a local lighting designer working in theatre, dance, and corporate events.
Some recent shows he has designed have been Catch Me If You Can with MTW, School of Rock with CTC, and Puffs with Sky High Players. In addition to designing for community theatre, he is an electrician and lighting designer at the Ellen Eccles Theatre working on touring shows and rentals. In his free time, he enjoys puzzling, music, the Andy Griffith and the Muppet Shows, cooking, and gardening.
Lucas bybee
Photographer/Videographer
Lucas received his BFA in Theatre - Acting from Utah State University and has been seen onstage and backstage for several companies in Utah. Most recently, he was the scenic designer for Wasatch Theatre Company. His award winning photography has previously featured Valley Dance Ensemble members and can be seen at many local arts festivals. This is his fourth year working with Valley Dance Ensemble.
Daniel Thompson

Production Manager
After attending the College of Eastern Utah , Daniel has had a long career in the performing arts across the country, from California to Maine. Most recently he has worked as the Director of Production for Ballet West and Technical Director for New World Symphony in Miami. This is his third year working with Valley Dance Ensemble and first year as VDE Executive Director
